How do buyer and seller feedback work on GrapeWorm?
For every transaction that occurs on GrapeWorm, the seller and buyer are asked to provide feedback about their experiences with each other. Sellers are asked to review the buyer twice, once when payment is received and a second time when the transaction is completed. Buyers are asked to review the seller once, when products are received. Each time feedback is posted, users are asked to provide a rating from 1 – 5 as well as entering a brief comment. The rating is used to calculate users’ overall buyer and seller feedback score, but individual reviews are never visible to anyone. Only feedback (comments) are visible to the world, as well as the person being reviewed. The rating from 1 – 5 is used by GrapeWorm, but never revealed to the world or the person revieving the feedback.
