It all depends. Most ob/gyn’s will advise against getting implants if one intends to breastfeed because the milk ducts can get severed or often damaged in the process of the surgery. Even some women who have breast reductions have difficulty in breastfeeding afterwards. If you’re thinking about implants, wait until after you’ve had your kids or decide against breastfeeding.
