Branch staff must fully understand the mechanics of Community Link. For a start, they should build a close rapport with customers who form part of the community where the branch is located. They can play an active role by helping the community identify projects for the branch to adopt. When the project is selected, the staff can remind customers to conduct more transactions in order for the Branch to help them raise the fund. They can also volunteer to carry out the projects.
