How do booking confirmation and payment transaction work?
Your booking is confirmed by a non-refundable deposit payment of 10% of the total reservation amount. This deposit will be charged from your companys credit card immediately upon booking confirmation. You will be then notified by email from AllHotels-Inn before the remaining amount will be charged. The transaction will be done according to the cancellation policy of the hotel (usually several days prior to the guests check-in at the hotel). If the booking is made less than 14 days before the check-in date, the total reservation amount will be charged immediately upon booking confirmation. The charged amount serves as a security deposit for the reservation made. The amount will be paid in full to the hotel 3 days after the guests check-out.
