How do blessings work?
Blessings take effect immediately. If you sacrifice for the blessing, it lasts five seasons, a full year. Also, a little brazier icon appears next to the blessing on the sacrifice screen as a reminder of the sacrifice. A temple blessing is permanent, as long as the structure is maintained. An active blessing glows blue on the clan rock on the appropriate screen. Also, the button to select an active blessing is grayed-out on the sacrifice screen.
