How do Axis CD-ROM Servers appear on the network?

0

The CD-ROM server appears as a shared network drive on the file system and is used as if it was a locally attached CD-ROM drive. The CD-ROM server installs in DOS/Windows as a virtual drive. If you install several CD-ROM drives they only use one drive letter, all drives are available as a directory structure. If, for any reason, more than one drive letter is required this can easily be configured.
