How do authorized LEA representatives complete the CBEDS-ORA? Is there training?
LEA representatives (CBEDS coordinators) will use a Web browser to navigate to the CBEDS-ORA [http://www3.cde.ca.gov/opuscbeds/login.aspx] logon page. Users will then logon using their unique username and password, which are issued by the CDE. Training on how to use the CBEDS application is available from the CBEDS-ORA Demonstration [http://www.cde.ca.gov/ds/dc/cb/cbedsdemo10.asp] Web page. The training demonstrates how to use the CBEDS-ORA to submit SIF and CDIF data to the CDE.
