Artists such as Marge Hall, an oil painter from Winfield; Ben Jurevicius, a pastel artist from Libertyville; and the crowd- pleasing team of father-and-son potters Jim and Shawn Barbagallo from Rockford will share their skills and techniques with festival patrons. “This helps people understand the process better.
