How do applicants complete the fingerprint requirement?
Once applicants have requested fingerprint cards from the Office of School Personnel Review and Accountability (OSPRA) and have been fingerprinted, they will apply online for fingerprint clearance. Applicants may pay online by credit card and print out their payment confirmation or print a coupon to send in with their money order payment. They then mail the fingerprint cards and payment confirmation or coupon with payment to OSPRA for processing.
