How do apartment bookings work?
You can contact us by email or by telephone during our office opening hours: 9 am6 pm (+48 (0) 608 800 177). Like all apartment rental companies, we need your booking confirmation in advance and a guarantee for an irrevocable booking (payment). To start with, we will make a temporary booking respecting your apartment choice (depending on availability). We will send you a voucher by email and will wait for the payment. To consider the booking as done, we must have a signed voucher (letter of confirmation of reservation) sent by fax from you and the reception of the payment. We don’t take into account unconfirmed bookings.
