How disruptive is SiteAvail’s Paper CRF Conversion service to my site?
Minimal disruption occurs at sites – paper CRF preparation by a coordinator is similar to close-out of a study, and space requirements are similar to those of a CRA on a monitoring visit. SiteAvail will bring a table-top high-speed scanner to a site, prepare paper CRFs for scanning, perform scanning and quality control steps for a completed study in a half-day visit. Training can be facilitated on-site or on-line in about one hour. Retrieval of converted CRFs that have been burned to a CD takes minutes! Printing of PDF files can be done directly from the CD, giving coordinators time back from photocopying activities.
