How disgusting is dog breath?
Puppy breath is the greatest smell! However, with adult dogs, it all depends. If the dog has tartar buildup and/or an infected teeth and gums, the smell can be horrendous! A poor diet and illnesses can also cause bad breath. A good way to help keep your dogs teeth and gums healthy and in good condition and to keep the tartar from building up is raw meaty bones, brushing and dental cleanings by your vet.
