How difficult is the Radiology Tech program?
Radiography program is not as hard as the nursing program but there were days when I was in the x ray program where I said to myself why am I here and I can’t stand this bs. It was also challenging but it was duable if you don’t give up mentally and physically regardless the bs you go through as a student. There is a lot of competition but there will be jobs again. It is a cycle in all fields of radiology. You have to be patient and make yourself marketable and also NETWORK. So right now all the fields are saturated so you have to do what you got to do. That’s why there are techs who are going back to school to specialize and etc. Yeah I do enjoy my job and the past week I laugh all the way to the bank for the work I do. Don’t get me wrong, it is still hard work but for the past few days only this week, it seems nothing! I won’t tell you how much I gained but I do enjoy it regardless. It’s not an easy job like some aholes think it is but if you like it, it gets a lot better especially
