How difficult is the installation process?
Installation is usually a straightforward process. The online guide will guide you through the whole process. But recognizing that all networks have their own subtleties, a troubleshooting guide is provided in the Command Center. And furthermore the Clear Blue Security Support Department will be happy to help you with any questions you may encounter.
A. An easy to follow installation manual is included with each of our products if applicable. The manual will include helpful hints designed to ensure that your project is a successful one. We strongly recommend that you review your manual prior to construction, we also understand that no matter how much information is provided there will be occasions when assistance is required.
Installation, when performed by our staff takes roughly 1 hour to perform. For self installation, we provide you with the necessary files and instructions to do it by hand, or you may elect to use our automatic installation system which will install the software onto your machine, directly from ours.
