How difficult is the air rifle to charge?
For a first-time user, there may be a ‘learning curve’. Although the pumping force is not high (16 – 28lbs depending on the gun’s power setting), the pump stroke is relatively long: the pump handle length varies during the pumping cycle between a maximum of about 26″ to a minimum of about 20″. Additionally, the pump handle travels in an arc of about 102 degrees between the fully open and fully closed position. When a large scope is added, some experience is required to comfortably charge the air rifle.
