Simply unbolt your existing console from the wooden decking to remove. Disconnect any electrical wires and all gearshift and steering cables from the console. With the console against the right hand rail select a location for the replacement unit. Note that in most applications the console location can be moved fore and aft (front-to-back) by as much as 8 inches.
