How difficult is it to place the Subject and Comparable arrows?
If you have purchased your forms software from one of our Appraisal Resellers, then the data from the form flows into GeoLocator and the Subject and Comparable properties are automatically labeld with arrows that can be rotated or repositioned to suit your needs. Is this the best resolution that can be displayed or printed? The map shown was created in Low Resolution GIF format for viewing on the Web (100 dots-per-inch). We are trying to keep the Web download time to a minimum. The GIF file took about 20 seconds to display and is 50,000 bytes long. When installed on your PC, GeoLocator will generate maps at the resolution of your printer (300+ dots-per-inch). When exporting maps to your appraisal forms software, you can control the resolution of the image that is inserted into your Location Map Addendum. Can arrows be placed manually? Yes!
