HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO INSTALL A COMPU-TRONIX DIS™?
It is much easier to install than many single coil systems! It is as close to “bolt on” as you can get. All connectors are factory installed and all components easily mate to existing engine components. A built in LED static timing light makes it easy to orient the distributor and a separate tach drive makes connecting to a tachometer simple. There is a tachometer drive connection. A factory installed connector mates the control module to the coil insuring a correct connection. There are only two wires from the vehicle to connect; the 12 volt ignition switch wire and the tach wire!
