How difficult is it to get the H-1B revalidated in ones native country?
If the documents are in place, the H-1B revalidation process does not pose any problems I came to the US on an L-1 visa, which was valid up to April 2001. Meanwhile, I got a new job and my H-1B petition came through in January 2001. My new I-94 was valid till 2003, but my old I-94 has expired. I have not got the H-1B stamped.
