Finding competent, motivating and professional managers is the key to the success of any organisation. We work really hard at both growing our own and finding new people who will fit our values and ethos. It can be difficult sometimes to do the initial find – once good staff have joined, retention is key and we have a good track record here. Why is HFT supporting Learning Disability Today?
