How difficult is it to create a workout with MynaTime?
You simply type want you want to hear from your “trainer” while you exercise: Begin with 5 minutes on your exercise bicycle; Perform dumbbell curls with five pounds for your right arm for 12 repps; Rest for 30 seconds; Repeat dumbbell curls with your right arm for 12 repps; Switch to your left arm for 12 repps; And so on until you have your entire workout. Most workouts are less than a page of text and can be typed in 10 or 15 minutes. And they’re easy to edit as you develop. The act of studying what your trainer, or book, or magazine article said and converting it to a series of short sentences really helps you understand what you need to be doing. It involves you in the planning for your own workout. And in the process, enhances your commitment to doing it and doing it right. This process is better experienced than talked about, so please don’t take my word for it. Try it for a couple of weeks and see how you like having a virtual instructor in your ear handling timing and sequencing
