How Difficult is it to Clean-Up?
VBroiler grills are much easier to clean than conventional horizontal grills because, in the charcoal model, grease does not mix with ash. In the propane models, there is also less grease drippings on the burner elements. However, we offer certain tips to make clean-up easier, which include using a disposable drip pan under the cooking grid and/or wrapping the main grid in aluminum foil. We also suggest lining the interior base of the grill with aluminum foil to catch any drippings or ash that might inadvertently fall into that region. These steps eliminate about 80-90% of the clean-up effort.
