How difficult are hot tubs to install? What am I responsible for?
There is nothing simpler to install than a Caldera® or Freeflow® portable spa or hot tub. You just make sure the location you have chosen for your spa can properly handle the load (around 120 lbs. per square foot), have access to culinary water and a 110v outlet. Place it, fill it, connect it and you’re hot-tubbing! How much easier could it be? Larger spas and hot tubs are not difficult to install. Like anything else in life, one just needs to have the proper information so they know what they are doing or know someone who can provide the service. We provide installation service with each new hot tub. The things you are responsible for is preparing the site, making sure the electricity hook-up is complete, and providing us adequate access to the site. We can provide referrals to qualified bonded contractors who will help with site preparation for your hot tub. Just let us know what help you need at the time of purchase.
