How different True Candidates is from many networking sites?
All the networking sites we know of do not check references. Anyone can become their member and give us any feedback about anyone. It is not a reliable way to look at what people say about the candidate. In fact it will certainly mislead you to believe something which is not true. We spend lot of time talking to references for each reference we receive.
