Quite different. Firstly, a lot of the details portrayed in the manga are compacted into the anime. In fact, they had to fit eight volumes of storyline into two 60-minute OAVs, so the anime is definitely not as elaborate as the manga. The anime OAVs have different storylines and aren’t really connected. Another difference is that the manga has more sexual implications than the anime.
