How different is PowerShift from peaksaver?
peaksaver cycles down your central air conditioner periodically when electricity usage in Toronto is at its highest peak. As a PowerShift customer, your central air conditioner will be cycled down automatically when the temperature reaches 27°C and/or the humidex reaches 30°C on weekdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Like peaksaver,The device will not be activated on weekends or holidays.
