Wes Sims walked into the event center about 45 minutes before his debut on Spike TV’s “The Ultimate Fighter” and immediately became the center of attention. “He’s like an entrepreneur,” Lancaster resident Kevin Souders said of Sims. “For every fighter around here, (Sims is) their only avenue to making it to the next step.
