How did TSS come to join the Release Entertainment family?
An initial copy of the RH-8SB disc made its way to Release via HALO’s involvement with Relapse, and it was decided somewhere that Release would like to bring it out. I’m totally chuffed with this, as I’m an admirer of much of the music that Release has brought out. TSS recently played a killer ‘gig’ in Philadelphia — please talk about this. Have there been /will there be other TSS live performances? There have been sporadic Terminal gigs around Melbourne in the past, and now that the CD’s coming out there is definitely plans for more. Past Terminal gigs have ranged from slow, atmospheric ambient dub to harsh noise; recent gigs have followed a similar musical line to the CD.I make a big attempt to keep Terminal as live as possible with this style of music, going as far as choosing equipment that makes it extremely difficult to just hit ‘play’ and sit back.
