How did treatment of natives in the English colonies differ from that in French or Spanish colonies?
as the centuries have gone by, the most important differance is that the English educated a small percentage of natives very well–so well that they worked in high levels of the viceroyal government.the other european colonizers may have educated many more people-but only to an elementary level..the impotance was seen when independence was give,,because the english natives could govern themselves
