There are over 50 Million golfers (players) world wide that have a higher net worth, more disposable income and a sport that is played 9 – 12 months per year. Tiger is one of the most recognizable faces in the world, not just the USA. His 10-year, $100Mil endorsement for Nike paid them back 10X per year! Tiger didn’t just take the lion’s (Tiger’s) share of the pie, he also made the pie a whole lot larger. Just as the new players should send a check to the old-timers (or their heirs), the new guys should all send at least a thank-you card to Tiger every year.
