How did the Roman Empire end? Were the Germans included in the Roman Empire decline?

The Roman Empire declined and eventually fell due to a number of reasons. 1. A decline in the character of the Emperors. 2. The inability of the legions to defend the Empire’s frontiers, low morale, bad training, the inability to cope with the changes in tactics and strategy and bad Generalship. 3. The bribery of “Baebarian” Tribes to take over the job of the Legions. 4. Corruption within Govermental Staff throughout the Empire and the inability of Provincial staff around the Empire’s borders to notice what was going on in Rome and also just outside the Empire. 5. The rise of Christianity has also been blamed particularly by the author Edward Giboon in his masterpice The Decline and Fall of The Roman Empire. This, however, is a matter of conjecture and is open to interpretation. In general massive movement of tribes from Eastern Europe into the west looking for conquest but also areas to live in and to farm swepy along the German Tribes with them or destroyed them. This had a knock on

As the Roman Empire declined, Germanic tribes overran it and eventually took over. Nietzsche advanced a theory that the ancient Greeks and Romans were a blonde haired blue eyed people. However, I understand archaeology evidence disputes that. The Nazis embraced a lot of the theories of Nietzsche.

this is a complicated q, reqires much detail. But I will try to simplify it to help you The Roman Empire essentially ended w/the death of the last Emperor in the West in 476 A.D. The Romans finally fell to tribes of Germanic warriors who had been encroaching on fringes of the empire for more than a century. The city of Rome, center of the empire, flourished for centuries because they had good clean water, excellent roads, and were able to hold the enemies at the gates. As soon as Rome itself ceased to be able to provide those things to it’s citizens, it ceased to be an effective place to live-epidemics flourished, crime increased and importnat people died or moved away.

The Roman army stretched itsself to thin, the people were falling into decline (likely due to lead poisoning, gluttony and incest,) so as Germanic tribes grew powerful, there was no one to stop them. Particularly vicious were the visgoths, who’s policy was to not leave one brick on top of another. It is important to note that Constantinopal didn’t fall until centuries later in the 1400’s when the Turks claimed it.
