How did the rise of right wing dictatorships lead to US congressional legislation?
The US Congress passed a bill stating that any animals with wings should be killed. Because of this law, birds and bats began traveling so that only there left side could be seen, thereby hiding their right-wing. The leaders of the flocks of birds were right wing dictators. Because the right-wing dictators were vigilant, it made hunting fowl difficult and the Congress passed a law that said that the government should provide for its people.
