How did the people in the Dominican Republic respond?
My friends, [the ones I have talked to], have all been pretty upset about it. There were a lot of students there on scholarship and pretty much everyone I met had been from Port-au-Prince. Talking to some people who still live there, I know a lot of them who have either lost a family member or a friend. I mean there’s no one there who hasn’t been affected.
