How did the kansas-nebraska act change decisions about slavery ?
It didn’t change a thing. It only delayed the inevitable. Fighting erupted for years there (before the civil war) between settlers. “Battle Cry Of Freedom” (Macpherson) tells the story very clearly. Somehow, I doubt you’ll find the interest to read it, though (worst subject?). Read the Act for yourself. Pay attention to how it tried to deal w/slavery. Good Luck.
