How did the Great Depression affect workers/farmers?
my Grandfather was a farmer during the depression, but because the farm was owned outright, he was not very seriously affected — with both livestock and crops they were pretty self sufficient and could earn enough through their sales of crops to pay for what they absolutely needed clothes were hand downs, there was no waste
