The Geisy Arruda video is below. College student, Geisy Arruda wore a short, pink dress to her Brazilian University and was expelled. Geisy Arruda’s dress itself isn’t that short, but it does show off her thighs. Her dress has a high neckline, long sleeves and it’s short. The public (and Arruda) are shocked that she would be expelled for wearing a dress to school, and hence the internet buzz on this video. When Arruda is seated (as seen in the video below), she has to carefully cross her legs because the space at the bottom the dress isn’t very wide. She also, ironically, appears to be uncomfortable in the dress when she stands up in the video below. The Brazilian University allegedly said the short dress was a violation of ethical principles, and that they had given her warnings before. Geisy Arruda claims she has been discriminated against, and has stated that she is not accepting the expulsion.
