There were plenty of new faces as the Longhorns started the post-McCoy era. Well, at least post-Colt McCoy. Younger brother Case McCoy made his first appearance in a Texas uniform but looked predictably shaky. He completed one of his three passes for 10 yards and had one pass dropped. Along with the familiar McCoy on the back of the jersey, Case seemed to share his brother’s love of the short out routes Texas has relied on the past few years.
