How did the French and Indian War affect the American Revolution?

0

The French and Indian war didn’t effect the Revolution because it was before the revolution. The French and Indian war happened from 1756 to 1763 and the revolution didn’t start until 1776, over ten years later. But, it did set up the circumstances that lead to the revolution. The British felt that the colonies should pay their share for the war so they added taxes on items in the colonies. Also many of the men were trained in the British army and they used this information in fighting the British later.
