They didn’t move them hundreds of miles, they were quarried near where the pyramids were built. This wasn’t known until recently because the quarries were filled in with rubble. They knew about levers, pulleys, etc., so they had little difficulty moving the blocks, with the amount of labor they had available. It is a mistake to think that people long ago knew almost nothing.
