A few years ago the County undertook the task of updating its Master Plan, which sets the agenda for Gwinnett’s planning and progress over the next 50 years. An Advisory Panel made up of representatives from homeowner associations, environmental organizations, and citizens at large helped develop the Master Plan. Based on the high quality of the Hill WRC’s effluent, one of the Panel’s recommendations was to “pursue vigorously” the implementation of reuse water.
