How did the BRC arrive at the proposed organizational model(s)?
The Blue Ribbon Committee carefully reviewed the findings of the Program Review Committees, the debriefing sessions, and the focus groups. The Committee also analyzed the current physical work flows within the division. The Committee used an exercise to envision technical services in 2006. Considering the values of the organization, the goals of the process, the feedback on the current organization, and the vision of the future, the Committee developed the models being proposed.
