TeleEye was officially formed in 1994 by the City University of Hong Kong and a group of engineering researchers. The Group was initially formed by experienced researchers who were dedicated in the research and development of innovative network CCTV and DVR that involves advanced signal processing technologies. Upon success in the development of CCTV products, it had formed TeleEye as a business platform to market and introduce the innovative technology. TeleEye has rapidly acquired global attention and expanded internationally with offices covering China, Singapore, the United Kingdom, South Africa and more.
