How did Sweet Sophistication get its start?
I wanted to make my own wedding cake, but knew time would not permit it. So I ordered my cake from a local professional and come wedding day was completely disappointed. The cake was dry and the simple shape and decorations I had requested had not turned out like I had asked – I even gave them pictures and discussed it in length with the owner to make sure we were clear! The customer service I received when I relayed my disappointment was equally disturbing. I knew I could do better so I set out to do just that.
