PER-K was developed in 1988 by Robert M. Williams, M.A. It was a response to the frustration that came with the realization that typical training programs, which rely heavily on “insight” and “motivation,” seldom create real and lasting results. After the initial pump and excitement, it’s back to business as usual. Or, to put it another way; “After all is said and done, more is usually said than done!” Rob has spent years developing and improving PER-K. It is the “missing link” to exceptional performance.
