How did Operation Kids Foundation get started?
Operation Kids Foundation was founded by Dennis Webb. Like many donors, the Webb’s were continuously approached by charities, educational institutions and other worthwhile projects. With each opportunity, they found themselves asking the same compelling question, “Is this the best and most effective use of my gift?” They soon realized that caring is only part of the process. and Operation Kids was born. It serves as a needed advisory to assist donors in thoughtfully developing their philanthropic goals, researching potential charities, managing and monitoring grants, and ensuring the results of their contributions.
