How did Odysseus mother die?

0

In book 11, Odysseus goes to the underworld and talks with his mother, Anticlaea. He doesn’t want to see her at first, but eventually does. She tell him she died of grief because she missed him while he was at war. She also tells him that his father is missing him and that Penelope hasn’t remarried — basically she gives him the news from home.
