How did oasis choose their songs for the stop the clocks album?
Noel Gallagher (guitarist and primary songwriter) chose the track listing for STC. He said that he chose the songs that the band had generally played live often over the past. He said he wanted it to flow like if you were going to see your favourite band playing and this would be the ideal playlist. He insists that it is a “best of” album not a “greatest hits” album.
