How did North Vietnam take over South Vietnam?
Persistence won the war for North Vietnam. Fighting the most powerful nation on earth, next to the Soviet Union/Communist China, it became a matter of WELL’s. Who would buckle under the pressure first? When the north finally accepted the US was leaving, they feigned peace, then in 1975 came south IN FULL FORCE, taking the southern capital in April of 1975.
