How did my voicemail message get transferred to another persons voicemail box?
If you are using a Panasonic phone you must press the star key three times when exiting your voicemail box. The phone system thinks you are transferring the first call if you hit the flash key to hang up and then make the second call. The second called party does not answer their phone and you hangup. You then transfer your voicemail to the second called number. There are potential security risks when not exiting your mailbox correctly.
