How did Medusa get super powers?
Medusa never got “super powers”. She was a very pretty girl who was so full of herself that she said she was prettier than the goddess Athena. This angered Athena so she had Medusa turned into an ugly monster with a head of snakes. Medusa was so ugly that whoever looked at her turned to stone. I wouldn’t neccesarily call this a superpower, but it is a unique ability.
